STAFF

Our ratio of staff to residents is maintained within the care setting which reflects the resident’s care plan and measured by the manager.  Staff are carefully selected and all have “Disclosure” clearance from the Disclosure & Barring Service and checked to industry standards.  All care staff undergo training up to National Vocational Qualification levels.  All our staff have first aid training and some have qualifications on Parkinson's disease and its implications.

The Management Structure diagram below outlines the chain of command in respect of Health and Safety management within the home and shows who have the responsibility for the implementation of the Health and Safety General Policy and Statement of Intent and are accountable for their areas of responsibility.
